360 / Multi-rater surveys

Run a real 360 in the time it takes most tools to set up the panel.

Each subject is evaluated by their manager, peers, direct reports, and (optionally) themselves. ReliCheck distributes the surveys, tracks completion across rater groups, and generates one plain-language report per subject. Built into the platform, not added as an enterprise tier.

Includes the Manager 360 lite template, the Stay Interview template, exit interviews, onboarding check-ins, DEI climate, and more.

The problem

Most survey tools treat 360s as an enterprise upsell. Yours doesn't have to.

SurveyMonkey and Qualtrics handle a one-off survey well. Running a 360, where each subject gets a unique rater panel and the responses come back tagged by relationship, requires their enterprise plan or a separate product. For HR teams running performance reviews, leadership development, or post-promotion check-ins, that means either paying for a tier you do not need, juggling spreadsheets to merge the data afterward, or skipping the 360 entirely.

ReliCheck builds 360 panels in as a first-class entity. Same survey, same dashboard chrome, same reliability and quality checks you already use. Each subject simply gets their own evaluator-tagged report when the data comes back.

How it works

Three steps. Fifteen minutes to launch.

1. Pick or build the survey

Start from the Manager 360 lite template (twelve items covering communication, fairness, coaching, vision, and inclusion), bring in your own questions, or upload an existing survey from SurveyMonkey or Qualtrics. Any survey can be bound to a 360 panel.

2. Paste subjects and raters

Bulk paste your list of subjects (one per line: name, email, optional title and department). Then paste evaluators for each subject by relationship (manager, peer, direct report, external). Self-assessment is optional and auto-creates a self rater when enabled.

3. Launch and watch completion

One click sends a personalized take link to every evaluator for every subject. Responses arrive tagged with the relationship, so the subject report aggregates means by rater group automatically. No spreadsheet merging.

What you get per subject

One report. Plain-language summary on top.

Each subject's report opens with an AI-written paragraph that names the strongest theme, the biggest development area, and any meaningful gap between how the subject sees themselves and how others see them. The data tables underneath show the same picture in numbers.

AI subject summary

A two-to-four sentence paragraph at the top of every report. Quotes the highest-rated item by text. Quotes the biggest development area by text. Flags blind spots when self-ratings exceed others by 0.75 points or more on the five-point scale, and flags underestimation when the reverse is true. Closes with a coaching nudge for the manager or HR partner.

Completion by relationship

How many raters from each group (self, manager, peers, direct reports, external) completed the survey. Small group sizes do not bias the picture because the report shows the mean per group, not a single composite that hides the structure.

Item means by rater group

Every survey item shown with its overall mean and a column per relationship. A signed Self-Others column makes it easy to spot blind spots and self-deprecation at a glance.

Highest and lowest items

The three strongest items and the three weakest items, each labeled with its mean. The single fastest read on what to keep doing and what to coach on.

Open-ended comments

Every open-ended response, grouped by question, tagged with the rater's relationship. Useful for spotting patterns across rater types ("two of three direct reports said the same thing") that means alone cannot show.

One-click PDF export

Download the full subject report as a self-contained PDF: title block, AI summary, completion table, item means, top and bottom items, open-ended comments. Hand it to the subject's manager or executive sponsor with no further setup.

Built for HR

The other HR things you probably want to run at the same time.

A 360 rarely runs in isolation. ReliCheck ships eight HR-aimed starter templates and a calendar-bound distribution flow so you can run the supporting surveys without leaving the platform.

HR starter templates

Manager 360 lite, Exit interview, Stay interview, Onboarding 30-day check-in, DEI climate, Change readiness pulse, Remote and hybrid work pulse, and Customer-facing team feedback. Each lands in the builder ready to edit. Items use plain HR language and respect a 5-point Strongly disagree to Strongly agree scale.

Calendar-bound surveys

Schedule a survey to fire at the end of a calendar event (a 1:1, a stay interview, a milestone meeting). One click sends the invite to attendees right now, and an optional post-meeting follow-up auto-fires after the meeting ends. Responses tag with the wave label so the Pre/Post analytics tab can compare before-and-after.

Pulse cadence schedules

Recurring weekly, monthly, or quarterly pulses to the same evaluator list. Each wave is auto-tagged so the Compare tab and the test-retest analytics can slice by wave. Useful when leadership development requires repeated measurement across a cycle.
