Data we collect

Account data includes name, email, organization, and authentication metadata. Survey data includes surveys you build, responses you collect, and any uploaded datasets. Usage data includes aggregate platform metrics for product improvement.

Data we do not collect

We do not sell user data. We do not use your survey content or responses to train any AI model, ours or our providers'. Theme extraction and report drafting are performed through API calls that opt out of training data on the model provider side.

How we use data

Account data is used to operate the service and communicate about it. Survey data is used only as required to deliver the features you have enabled. Usage data drives product improvement and is aggregated.

Sharing

We use a small set of subprocessors for hosting, email delivery, payments, and AI features. Each subprocessor is bound by a data processing agreement and is listed in the security overview available on request.

Retention

Account and survey data are retained while your account is active. After cancellation, data is exportable for 30 days, then deleted within 90 days unless legal requirements, such as billing records, require longer retention.

Anonymity in surveys

ReliCheck supports anonymous surveys, k-anonymity rollups, and audit trails that record who saw what without revealing respondents' identities. Anonymity settings are configured per survey.

Your rights

You can export, correct, or delete your data at any time from Account settings. For requests under GDPR, CCPA, or other regional privacy laws, contact privacy@relichecksurvey.com.

Security

We use TLS 1.2+ in transit, AES-256 at rest, hashed credentials and tokens, and audit logging on sensitive actions. Vulnerability reports go to security@relichecksurvey.com.

Changes

Material changes to this policy are announced in-app and by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
