Acceptance
By creating a ReliCheck account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you are using ReliCheck on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account, the security of your credentials, and any activity performed using your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use ReliCheck to send unlawful, harassing, or fraudulent surveys, to collect data without appropriate consent from respondents, or to attempt to disrupt the service. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans renew automatically unless cancelled. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds for unused subscription time are provided at our discretion.
Your data
Surveys, responses, and reports you create remain your data. We do not use your data to train any model, ours or our providers'. Detailed data-handling practices are in our privacy policy.
Service availability
ReliCheck targets high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is announced in advance whenever possible. We are not liable for interruptions outside our reasonable control.
Termination
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these terms, with notice where reasonable. On termination you may export your data for 30 days; after that we delete account data per our retention policy.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReliCheck's liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amounts paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in-app and by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
