How do I add teammates?

Current self-serve plans cover one ReliCheck account. For team, department, or institution-wide access, email sales@relichecksurvey.com about an organizational arrangement.

Can I share results with non-account holders?

Yes. Reports can be shared via a read-only link, and PDF / Word / Excel / SPSS exports work for any audience without an account.

Plans and invoicing

How do I change plans?

Go to Account → Billing → Change plan. The change takes effect immediately, with a prorated charge or credit on your next invoice.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Account → Billing → Cancel. Your access continues through the end of the current paid period. Survey content is retained per the retention policy.

Do you offer education or government pricing?

Yes. Academic pricing is available during checkout after you verify a .edu or .gov email in your ReliCheck account. Professional pricing remains available without academic email verification.

Can I get an invoice instead of paying by card?

Yes, for organizational, quoted, or annual contract arrangements. Email sales@relichecksurvey.com to set up invoice billing.
