Suites

Seven workflow suites. Start with the one that fits your work.

A suite is a workflow package, not just a template list. Each one bundles the templates, distribution paths, analytics tabs, AI narration, and report formats that suit the work. Open a suite to start a new survey from a curated template, or attach a survey you already have. Each suite is its own workspace inside ReliCheck.

Suite roll-up

A quarterly read across every survey in the suite.

Once a suite has two or more attached surveys, the suite page pins a cross-survey roll-up card to the top. The card aggregates this quarter against last and reads as one card, not nine clicks. The line you would actually share with a leadership team is on the page when you open it.

Volume

Responses this quarter vs last

Total response count across every attached survey for the current calendar quarter, with the previous-quarter delta inline. The per-survey breakdown sits underneath so you can see which surveys ran hot and which ran cold.

Strength Index

Average Strength Index, with movement

The Strength Index averages across the surveys in the suite, with the quarter-over-quarter direction surfaced as an up-or-down pill. A 1-point move reads as "essentially flat"; bigger moves are translated in plain language by the AI paragraph at the top of the card.

Construct trends

Shared-construct direction

Any Likert construct tagged across two or more surveys in the suite gets a cross-survey row showing this quarter's mean, last quarter's, and the delta. The line that makes "engagement is trending down" or "exit reasons shifting toward compensation" possible to spot at a glance.

AI summary

Quarterly read in plain language

A one-paragraph AI summary pins to the top of the roll-up card. Tone pill (Steady or improving, Mixed quarter, Watch this quarter, Slipping this quarter) gives the one-word read. The paragraph names specific constructs and surveys; numbers come from the live response data only.

Privacy

k-anonymity respected per survey

The roll-up does not relax any privacy gate. Each underlying survey's k-anonymity threshold still applies to its subgroup math; the suite-level aggregate is a roll-up of survey-level summaries, never a back-door route to small-cell data.

Empty state

Honest about what it needs

Single-survey suites get an empty-state nudge to attach a second survey rather than a degenerate dashboard. The Test & Item Analysis Suite ships without a cross-test roll-up in this build; the card explains that and links to per-test analytics instead.
